How To Wash Synthetic Wigs
Detangle: Gently remove tangles using a wide tooth comb, working gradually from the ends to the base.
Wash: Fill your sink with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Mix in a small amount of Shampoo for synthetic hair. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
Rinse: Rinse with cool water to remove shampoo. Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. DO NOT RUB OR WRING.
Dry and Condition: Place on a folding wig stand, spray with a Leave-in Conditioner, and allow to air dry. DO NOT WRING OR SQUEEZE.
Style: Once dry, style as usual. Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products.

About Inventory
- Most of our cosplay costumes and wigs are in stock and ready to ship.
- For zentais and shoes (whether standard-sized or custom-made), all items are crafted from scratch after you place your order.
Returns
- You must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After registration, send the goods back to the retailer in accordance with their instructions without undue delay, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of return registration.

- Once your return application is approved (usually within 48 hours), you will receive detailed return instructions—please follow them strictly.
- You are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (and insuring the parcel based on the goods’ value if appropriate), and retaining proof of postage at all times. WebCosplay and our retailers accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- We will process your full refund within 7 days of the retailer receiving and verifying the returned package.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the retailer receiving and approving the returned goods.
- If the retailer offers to collect the goods, your refund will be processed within 7 days of you cancelling the contract.
- You will receive an email notification once the retailer receives the returned items and approves the return.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that some bank transfer methods (e.g., Western Union) cannot be processed for refunds—contact us for assistance if this applies to you.
- Refunds typically take 1–5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
