Custom-sized costumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for non-quality reasons.
Key Notes on Made-To-Measure Costumes
- All Made-To-Measure costumes are crafted by skilled artisans exclusively to the measurements you provide.
- Once the tailoring process commences, materials are cut and shaped specifically for your order and cannot be repurposed for other customers.
- If the finished costume matches your submitted specifications but does not fit, returns or exchanges will not be approved. You may opt for local tailoring services at your own expense to adjust the fit.
Size Deviation
Unlike mass-produced garments, every Made-To-Measure costume is handmade individually. Slight dimensional variations are inevitable, so please note the following guidelines:
- A 1–2 inch variance from your specified measurements is within the acceptable range for handcrafted items.
- If the size deviation exceeds 2 inches, you may arrange local tailoring adjustments at your discretion. We will reimburse you up to 40% of the product’s purchase price (excluding shipping fees) for this service. To claim reimbursement, you must provide a valid receipt from the tailor.
- If the finished costume deviates drastically from your specifications (especially in critical small dimensions) and cannot be altered, you are eligible for a full refund covering the product price, taxes, and shipping fees. To process this, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Color Mismatch
- Product colors displayed on our website may vary slightly due to differences in computer monitor settings, lighting, and resolution. Minor color aberration does not constitute a quality defect or mis-shipment.
- If you confirm that the item you received is in a completely incorrect color (unrelated to screen display differences), please contact our Customer Service team to discuss possible return or refund options.
