How to Take Measurements?
Neck (Collar Size)
Use a well-fitting collared shirt as a reference. Lay the collar flat and measure from the center of the collar button to the far end of the buttonhole. The measurement in inches is your collar size. (Alternatively, measure directly around the base of your neck for a custom fit.)
Chest
With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest—passing through the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades—while keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around your waist (while wearing underwear) at the natural waistline—where your trousers typically sit. Leave one finger’s space between the measuring tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
Hip
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the measuring tape remains parallel to the floor.
Sleeve Length
Bend your elbow to a 90-degree angle and rest your hand on your hip. Position the measuring tape at the center back of your neck, measure across your shoulder to your elbow, then continue down to your wrist. The total length in inches is your sleeve length.
Inseam
Stand with your legs straight and measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle. This is your inseam length.
Rotator Cuff (Armscye Circumference)
Measure the circumference around the base of the upper arm—where the arm connects to the shoulder.

How to Take Measurements?
Height
Have your child stand in stocking feet (barefoot or in thin socks) with feet together and back flat against a wall. Measure vertically from the floor to the top of the head—keep the measuring tape straight and parallel to the body.
Waist
Measure around your child’s natural waistline, ensuring the measuring tape is not over clothing (e.g., pants, skirts). Keep the tape snug but not tight for a comfortable fit.
Inseam
Use a well-fitting pair of pants that your child already owns as a reference. Lay the pants flat and measure from the crotch seam (where the inner thigh seams intersect) down to the bottom hem of the pants.
