Total Delivery Time is calculated as the sum of order processing time and shipping time for the finished items.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (1–4 days or longer) + Shipping Time (10–30 days)
Processing Time
Most of our items are in stock and ready for dispatch. For made-to-order items, additional processing time is required.
Please note that all costumes—whether you select a standard size or provide custom measurements—are fully tailored from scratch to your specifications. Generally, processing time ranges from 1–4 days or longer, depending on order complexity and production schedules.

Important Shipping Tips
- Please provide a valid contact number and postal code for your shipping address. DO NOT use P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses—these are not compatible with our shipping carriers.
- Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, during regular business hours, excluding public holidays.
- We offer three shipping tiers: economy, standard, and express. However, large, heavy, or fragile items cannot be shipped via economy or standard services—these items are only eligible for express shipping to ensure safe and timely delivery.
