Admittedly I was a bit nervous about ordering from this site at first since I couldn't find out much about it, but after receiving my costume today I can now say that I am more than satisfied with my purchase. The costume shipped one week after I purchased it and arrived about two weeks after the ship date. It came as a very very compact little bundle, so I knew that some proper ironing would be in order.
The pleated skirt is high waisted and made from a nice thick gray cotton, and although it doesn't have the houndstooth pattern found on the original Yasogami Inaba uniform design, it is still extremely cute and can probably be worn in a normal outfit too. The nautical blouse is made of a slightly thinner fabric with the thick gray lines sewn into it (note that they are solid lines and not dotted ones). The insignia above the chest has been painted on in silver (giving it a more handmade appearance) and is technically upside down, however I didn't notice this until after I had thoroughly scrutinized a source picture so I don't think it's a very big deal. The hidden zipper on the side and the small snap button near the neck make it very easy to slip in and out of. The cravat and the yellow border on the blouse are made from a rich mustard yellow colored satin.
Although not mentioned, the costume also came with a sleeveless white turtleneck made from the kind of spandex like material used in athletic wear.
Since this is my first time cosplaying I didn't want to spend a huge amount of money on a hobby that I was just trying out, so I am quite pleased with the level of quality I was able to get for such a low price. True the costume isn't 100% accurate, but then again the point of cosplaying is to have fun and feel awesome while dressing up as a character--and I think that the overall look and tailored fit of this costume really succeeds in that department. I'm looking forward to dressing up as one of my favorite characters from one of my favorite games, and will likely purchase other costumes from WebCosplay in the future.
