Tailoring & Quality Control

All the costumes are specially tailor made for you from scratch, and we treat each one with utmost care and dedication. The time required to make each type of cosutmes differs. Please see below each careful step we take to create your costume!

 

      Order Confirmation
     Once your order is confirmed, your order information will be   checked and sent to a tailor.
 
      Designing
     After reviewing your order, our tailors will begin the designing process.

      Materializing
     Tailors will then spend time to carefully pick the materials your costume will be made with.

      Tailoring
     Once everything is decided, the tailors will start tailoring your costume according to your specific requests.

Sewing
Your costume is sewn together by professional tailors.

 Final Touches
Finally, the tailors will finish up with the little touches.

      Quality Control
     The tailors will examine the costume to see if it is exactly what you ordered.

      Last Say
     We will examine the costume again before shipping it out, checking with your order to make sure it is just the way you want it!



Place Orders

Feel free to browse through our products and email us if you have questions. When you want to purchase an item, simply click to put it into your shopping cart and fill out the required information. After you finish shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout” and fill out the billing and shipping information step by step.



Customer Service

Please look through the descriptions and pictures to gain a thorough understanding of the item, price and shipping terms before placing an order. If you are uncertain about any products, please feel free to contact us at service@webcosplay.com.

Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Beijing Time, except major holidays. We usually reply customer email within 1 business day.



Size

You can choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements. We suggest that you review the information provided in Measurement Guide before choosing your size.



Import Tax

Based on our past experiences, most of the countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports. Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax.



Order Time

Orders take 2-3 weeks for delivery from tailoring to your place. Actual delivery time also depends on the shipping method you choose.



Payment Methods

We accept payment by PayPal.



Shipping & Handling

As soon as we receive order information and confirm your payment, WebCosplay will arrange dress tailoring for custom-made apparel or delivery for items in stock. Emails will be sent in time after shipment for reference including tracking number and the site from where you can track order status.



Order Cancellation

All costumes ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your costume is a one-off tailor made for you, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Please be sure of the size and any other specifications before submitting your order. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

We reserve the right to reject an order. It can be due to, but not limited to, the followings:

• We are unable to confirm your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
• We identity substantial risks of shipping loss at the destination

We will refund all payment if we reject an order.
